Stacy McNeiland and Leadership

Stacy McNeiland is a person who is truly gifted with strong leadership skills. While working in the University of Central Oklahoma, she directed the leadership organization of the students, called the President’s Leadership Council. This was a council which served and covered more than a hundred undergraduates of the university.

She also served as the key spokesperson and ambassador for the University of Central Oklahoma as well as different non-profit institutions. She was chosen for her natural charisma and leadership attributes.

also created the orientation program that the University of Central Oklahoma uses up to this day, called Traditions 101. This is a manual that guides freshmen students of the university all through their transition stage. She is also responsible for directing the leadership program of the same university. This was a program designed for more than a thousand students. Stacy McNeiland also did some counseling work for scholarship-based students of the university which focused on leadership principles and career planning.

In 2006, Stacy McNeiland was named “UCO Administrative Leader of the Year” by the student body.
